Telangana Secures ₹5.75 Lakh Crore Investments At Rising Global Summit 2025
Telangana has announced investment commitments worth ₹5.75 lakh crore at the two-day Telangana Rising Global Summit held at Bharat Future City, around 25 km from Hyderabad airport. The event showcased the state’s push to emerge as a global destination for advanced technologies, digital infrastructure and high-value manufacturing.
Day 2 of the summit witnessed major agreements, particularly in large-scale infrastructure, technology, and data-driven sectors. The Data Centre and AI Infrastructure sector received the biggest commitments, cementing Telangana’s ambition to become an international digital hub.
Mega Tech Investments
Leading the announcements, Infrakey Datacenter Parks signed an unprecedented agreement to set up a 1 GW AI Datacenter with an investment of ₹70,000 crore — one of the largest technology infrastructure investments in the region.
Close behind, AGIDC (Singapore) committed ₹67,500 crore to build an International Gateway (IGW) Data Centre, further boosting Telangana’s global connectivity.
Adding to the AI ecosystem, JCK Infra Projects Ltd pledged ₹9,000 crore to develop an AI City / Township within the upcoming Bharat Future City.
Investments Beyond Technology
The summit also attracted significant commitments across defence, life sciences, green mobility, and manufacturing:

Zen Technologies announced a ₹5,000 crore expansion in defence-tech capabilities.

Biological E Ltd committed ₹4,000 crore for a major R&D and manufacturing expansion in the life sciences sector.

RCT (Germany) will invest ₹2,500 crore to manufacture Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) containers.

Bharath Garuda pledged ₹2,100 crore for a new automobile manufacturing plant.
Inclusive Growth Initiatives
In an effort to strengthen local entrepreneurship, the Confederation of Indian SC/ST Enterprises secured ₹577.11 crore across multiple sectors, expected to generate 2,500 jobs.
In addition, TiE Hyderabad’s SME Growth Catalyst signed an MoU to mentor and scale 500 SMEs by 2029. The initiative aims to facilitate ₹500+ crore in growth capital and generate 3–5 lakh new jobs.
As the summit ended, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy reiterated the state’s commitment to inclusive growth and global leadership in technology and innovation.
